Costumes

You don’t need elaborate costumes for A Hair from the Head of a Prince. The characters are meant to dress in a mixture of old and new. A princess might wear an old-fashioned crown or tiara, coupled with a long skirt, a black leather jacket, and high-topped sneakers or spike heeled sandals. A prince might wear a crown, with a t-shirt and cargo pants. Costuming can be as elaborate or as simple as desired, with imagination adding to the fun!

Sets

A Hair from the Head of a Prince can be produced with one basic set: the inside of a castle. Other scenes can be suggested at stage left and stage right, with simple set pieces. Of course, there is plenty of opportunity for more elaborate set design, if you want it. As with most elements in this show, the choice is up to you!

Run Time

A Hair from the Head of a Prince runs two hours, including a 15-minute intermission.
